About Sedibeng Foundation

Promoting Healthy Aging. Supporting Dignity, Independence, and Wellbeing for the Elderly.

Who We Are

Sedibeng Foundation is a Botswana-based non-profit organization committed to enhancing the lives of elderly individuals by promoting healthy, active, and independent aging.

We work to address the growing challenges faced by older adults, particularly those affected by Non-Communicable Diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. Through community-based programs, advocacy, and partnerships, we ensure that elderly individuals have access to healthcare, nutrition, social support, and vital services needed to live with dignity.

Since our founding, we have worked closely with communities, healthcare providers, and institutions to close gaps in elderly care and create supportive environments where older people are valued and empowered.

Our Approach

Why We Exist

As populations age, elderly individuals face increasing health risks, social isolation, and limited access to essential services. Many seniors struggle with chronic illnesses, reduced mobility, and a lack of support systems.

Sedibeng Foundation exists to respond to these challenges by advocating for elderly wellbeing, strengthening access to care, and building community-driven solutions that promote healthy aging and inclusion.
